Standard Usage
For Meat
80 gms. is good for 1 kilo of meat (chicken, pork, fish and other seafood). Wash meat and pat-dry. The outer part of the meat has to be free of moisture in order for the breading to stick better.
Coat evenly with breading mix.
Deep-fry in hot cooking oil (150-170°C) until golden brown.
For vegetables
Soak sliced vegetables in iced water.
Pat-dry and dredge vegetables in breading mix.
Deep-fry in hot cooking oil (150-170°C) until golden brown.
