Provides strong beefy taste and roast beef aroma.Standard Usage

For 1 liter beef stock, dissolve 15 grams of Caterserve Beef Powder in boiling water.
Use the prepared beef stock for soups, sauces, and for braising.
For marinade or stir-fry, use 10 grams for every 1kilo of meat
